DLR (Docklands Light Railway)

The Docklands Light Railway (known as the DLR) is part of the London Underground network. DLR run 12 trains an hour to Beckton. ExCeL London is located in Zone 3 and trains pull up at a covered walkway leaving visitors with less than a two minute walk to the entrance. Alight at Prince Regent for the east entrance where the Festival is located.

London Overground

The Overground is highlighted in orange on the Tube map. The DLR (the best way to access the ExCeL) can be connected from multiple Overground lines such as Stratford, Canada Water, and Shadwell. It’s also possible to join the Overground and travel to ExCeL London from Euston station.


It’s easy to drive to ExCeL London from many of the main routes into London via the M25 and M11, the North Circular, A406 and the A13. As you get closer you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL London. If you’re using satellite navigation to travel to the car parks please enter the postcode: E16 1FR for the east entrance. If you are using the Royal Victoria Car Park (MSCP) the postcode is E16 1AL and is approximately a 5 minute walk from the venue.

There is a £15 flat tariff for up to 24 hours for cars, and motorcycles can be parked free of charge in the designated motorcycle parking area in the Upper Level Orange Car Park, Zone 3.
